Victorian 18ct Gold Pearl Diamond Mourning Ring c.1846

$2,398.00 $2,666.00

A rare early Victorian mourning ring dated 1846, crafted in rich 18ct Gold with immaculate Black Enamel reading “IN MEMORY OF”. Set with natural Pearls and a single Diamond, this beautifully preserved jewel captures the sentimentality and elegance of mid-19th century memorial pieces.

The Enamel is pristine, which is exceptionally uncommon for rings of this age. There would once have been a small glass compartment to the rear, now absent, but the ring remains strong, wearable, and wonderfully intact for its period.
