An exquisite Victorian 18ct Gold Pearl ring dating to 1891, this beautiful antique jewel combines a wonderfully simple five-stone design with a full set of period hallmarks.

Five creamy Pearls sit in a neat row across the finger, individually secured within the gently curved Gold setting. The rich, buttery tone of the 18ct Gold is particularly lovely, while the subtly detailed shoulders lend just enough decoration to frame the Pearls without detracting from their soft lustre.

Perhaps most special are the marks tucked inside the band. Alongside a full set of Birmingham hallmarks for 1891, the ring bears rare lozenge marks also dating to 1891, making this a particularly characterful piece of Victorian jewellery history.
