That’s why every Lillicoco engagement ring comes with a complimentary 12-month warranty, covering you against any manufacturing or structural faults for one year from the date of delivery.

Our goal is simple: to make sure your ring stays as beautiful and secure as the day it arrived.

What’s Covered

Your warranty includes free repair or replacement (at our discretion) for:

– Manufacturing or structural defects in the setting or mount
– Loose or lost accent stones (under 0.05ct each)
– Prong tightening, re-tipping, or claw repair if caused by normal wear
– Complimentary professional clean and inspection once during the 12-month period

All work is carried out by Lillicoco’s in-house jewellers or approved partners.

What’s Not Covered

– Loss or theft of the ring or stones
– Damage caused by accident, misuse, or excessive wear
– Resizing, repairs, or alterations made by non-approved jewellers
– Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, or metal discolouration
– Loss of the centre stone, unless proven to result from a manufacturing defect
